360º feedback survey
Typically a 360 degrees scan is the starting point of your personal development plan. The feedback you receive from your colleagues, managers, clients and subordinates provides the necessary insights for further professional development. The outcomes of the competences scan will be discussed with an experienced coach and occupational psychologist.
A Project Coach affiliated with the Project Competence Programme is looking and thinking with you at important and critical moments in your project. You have access to a critical sparring partner, supported by his expert knowledge and experience, who is helping you to avoid pitfalls, to select an adequate approach and to make the next step in your professional development.
Insight in project Performance
Using our tailor-made and updated Project Health Check, including 200+ critical project management indicators, we assess the maturity level of your project(s) and project management organization. You will gain deeper insights in the strengths and weaknesses of the project(s) at hand and will be presented with risks and opportunities you encounter during implementation of the project(s). Our reporting format is customized to your organization’s needs. Project auditing is especially useful to develop your company’s PMO or Programme Management effectiveness.
Peer intervision group
Peer intervision is aimed at collective learning. You improve your working methods by learning from the collective knowledge, insights and experiences of your colleagues and peers. Actual cases brought in by you and your co-learners are central to the 5 step intervision approach called ‘peer consultation’. (more…)
