ipma_logo_sThe IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB) provides international standards for all competences involved in managing projects. The IPMA certification system defines four levels of assessment one can take. As a Project professional possessing an IPMA-D certificate, you have proven to have the knowledge required concerning the management of project success and can apply it. As a successful candidate you wear the title Certified Project Management Associate. This means you are able to participate in and contribute to all kind of projects. An IPMA Level D qualification is recognized internationally that can take you to a variety of jobs across different industries.


This course provides all you need to meet the qualifications for the IPMA-D exam. It consists of workshops and plenary sessions aimed at understanding and skills. Additional reading and homework is required to get most out of this course. Delegates learn from the trainer as well as from each other. They receive valuable feedback on their own projects. Finally there is an opportunity to do a trial-examination.

Course prerequisites

The attendees already have a background in project management through experience and/or training
