Project Risk Management

Trainer: Johan Martens

Every project contains uncertainties in some degree. For today’s project manager it is important to recognize them as threats and opportunities, visualize the risks, optimize benefits and define and execute effective measures in order to deliver the project in line with the stakeholders expectations.

Risk Management

Contents

In this course, we will take a deeper look into the different types of uncertainties in projects. You develop a practical approach to map, analyze and control risks and opportunities for project development and execution. You will learn to quantify and qualify risks and create effective risk response strategies to deliver projects that meet stakeholder expectations.

The approach used in this course fits with PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA as well as Agile methods. The course mixes useful guidelines and theory with practical cases and exercises together with vivid field experience from the trainer. Cases are preferably derived from your own working environment.
