This course will discuss the complete ‘bid cycle’ and will give you tools and structure so you are able to start your own bid team, define the project requirements, process all information in the proposition and organize everything within the set time constraint.
One day introductory seminar on PRINCE2® for project sponsors and managers operating in a PRINCE2 environment or planning to do so. You gain insights in the possibilities and added value of PRINCE2 as a structured way of managing and decision making. After this you will be better capable of communicating with PRINCE2 project managers. There is no exam attached to this course.
This workshop introduces you to the 46 competences related to professional project management. You’ll get familiarized with de vocabulary of the most relevant competences, knowledge areas, techniques and skills for today’s project managers. You will gain insights in how to use these for recruitment, selection and development purposes.
